Overseas Angels

Overseas Angels is domiciled and operated from the Island of Guernsey, part of the Channel Islands in the English Channel. Overseas Angels is operated by Angelique Blin entirely under the legal framework of the Channel Islands, under which she is permitted to provide immigration advice to clients in the UK and elsewhere. Candidates will not be expected to travel to the Channel Islands and will pass directly into the UK from around the world.

Overseas Angels liaise with the UK Home Office Policy Unit for guidance, support and accountability. Overseas Angels can legally offer immigration advice for individuals entering the UK for work from around the world or for candidates already in the UK whose contract/visa has expired. The Channel Islands are not under the jurisdiction of the OISC but this does not prevent Overseas Angels from legally working within the UK.
