IMMIGRATION ADVISORS CAMPAIGN FOR CHANGE-( PART 001)

Some of the current issues for which we are campaigning for change....

1. The OISC ( Offices of the Immigration Services Commissioner) who regulate some Uk based advisors ( Angelique Blin and Overseas Angels are exempt from this but care about what happens to their colleagues who continue regulated by the OISC wihtout exemptions...!), have no staff rules or regulations. Since this was drawn to the OISC ( Offices of the Immigration Services Commissioners ) attention, despite the fact they still operate by statutes no internal staff rules or regulations have been put in place..... why?

2. If an immigraton advisor in the Uk who does come under the OISC ( offices of the Immigration Services commissioner ) as their regulator, wishes to challenge the OISC in the IMSET tribunal ( specialist tribunal for adivsors to challenge the OISC and distinct from the AIT and other tribunals), if successful and the advisors win any action there is no compensation, hence the noticeable amount of withdrawals from appeals....why has nothing been done? Calls for judicial reviews have been made since 2006 on this matter... no replies received...

3. If the OISC want to bypass all their established statutes and raid a residence or offices and seize files unlawfully without the advisor or clients consent and simply as the OISC feels like it , they can do so by asking the police to do it for them. This is because anyone can go to the civil police....and on receipt of a letter from the OISC the police will act even without grounds to do so.... why?

They normally ask the civil police as the immigration police would not act outside of their remit as far as our understanding is and warn them of their illicit activities. The civil police are not trained in immigration and so it is easy....to " dupe them " and confuse them in the mesh of confusion of immigration laws and encourage them to act outside of their remit...
In this manner the OISC can raid the offices and business of any advisor,college for overseas students or global mobility operation ... without following any complaints process at all or one single one of their established statutes... and without any genuine evidence....if one police station refused they go round several till they find any police officer who will act outside of his remit on beahalf of the OISC...


4. If an advisor is charged criminally following one of these raids even without any evidence just simply on the basis that the OISC instructed the raid outside of their remit and own established statutes, the advisor has to pay for the criminal costs and the complaints process takes place in the criminal courts which are the highest costs cases. The advisor can go free but will get no compensation

5. The OISC commissioner Mrs Suzanne Mc CARTHY is not aware according to her in a letter to Overseas angels of any impropriety within the OISC or inbalance in her staffs work, this has been seen by many through disclosures so how come her staff have not reported this to her? why ?

6. The OISC so we are told by criminal operations, support the services of especially selected and hired criminal elements such as George Hynes and balitapinoy who give illegal advice, write irresponsible journalism and is a hired hit man thug contacted to damage legal businesses to reduce competition by underhanded methods. This was reported to the OISC many times, by many companies, however nothing was done .. so do they hire thugs? or why are they protected? and now many companies affected by this are serving the first of a series of multimillion pound libel suites, starting on 9th December 2009 at Uk queens bench...... why has nothing been done? Again the OISC commissioner Mrs Suzanne Mc CARTHY has stated she knows nothing about this.... why why why.......

THE ABOVE IS JUST A SAMPLE OF FEW ISSUES FROM WELL OVER 100 ISSUES OF CONCERN....

THE FAILURE TO REGULATE ADVISORS IN A FAIR MANNER MEANS EVER INCREASING CHARGES TO THE IMMIGRATION APPLICANTS AND OVERSEAS WORKERS AS THE ADVISORS HAVE TO COVER THEIR COSTS.... AND MINIMISE RISK FACTORS...
