GEORGE HYNES OF BALITAPINOY IN COURT ( QUEENS BENCH ) 9TH DECEMBER 2009

Hynes damaged many businesses by ilicit activities as well as the immigratrion case work of many overseas workers on behalf of Charles Kelly of the BISON MANAGEMENT GROUP UP. Not only did they maintain that they are endorsed by OISC officials, as " hired thugs" their " team of criminals " recently complained that one company who they had attacked did not go under and as such tougher attacks were needed" the company who did not go under and the first to survive the attacks of the OISC thugs and hit men was Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels. This enabled her to flag others and let them know what had been going on. As a result the first of a series of multimillion pound libel suites are to be served on Hynes and in turn Charles Kelly of Balitapinoy, their other team members including Mr Edgar of Probonopinoy, and K. Oommeen a fake Indian Church Minister and Charity. The operational net work of the OISC hired thugs is quite extensive and one known to the OISC since late 2005, however the OISC commissioner Mrs Suzanne Mc Carthy has advised Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels that she is not aware at all of any impropriety being carried out by her staff or of any complaints at all of any nature ever. In fact there was a second opportunity to alert Mrs Suzanne Mc Carthy the Commissioner as Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels was in communication with the OISC treasury solicitor Mrs Jaqueline Duff, an independent solicitor who works in the North of England part time. Mrs Duff was fully aware of the harssment levied by the OISC against legal businesses, and advised Miss Angelique Blin that she was not intending to notify or advice the OISC of her knowledge and she was happy for the harassment and abuse to continue, until such a time as she felt like it, and if anyone so we understand challenged the OISC's omnipotent powers then she would make serious problems for them and ask the OISC to bring action for defamation. Whilst Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels has not fought back on the net over several years as she as well as other decent companies did not want to reduce themselves to the level of low slime vermin criminals such as BISON UK AND HYNES, the goverment failed to do anything at all about this. Finally Miss Blin had to notify other companies that there was little to no point going to the gov as she had recieved and gave them sight of many letters promising action and caling for the harassment to stop, however "nothing was done". AS SUCH people believed that HYNES AND BISON UK were endorsed by the OISC as hired thugs and they were actually celebrating and publishing their celebrations on the net and on their owned online papers and multisite threads, such as topx, pr inside and others, stating they had campaigned to destroy competition, wreck work and so forth and damage Miss Blins business, and they were dancing " on her grave".. when suddenly out of the blue... those companies who flew to Guernsey and heard the story , found out the gov had done nothing so the criminal operation had grown and SERVED PAPERS On THE EVIL HENCHMAN HYNES on 9th December 2009 at her Majestys Queens Bench. Mr Hynes in fact then went underground, and then moved his illegal immigration service to Ireland and tried to derail proceedings. Mr Hynes derailing of court proceedings to discredit other companies and cause damage even orchestrate problems at hearings is a very big action on his part and one he is very familiar with. The OISC itself has been called up for impropriety at court hearings and in legal proceedings, but again the OISC commissioner Mrs Suzanne Mc Carthy maintains, to reflect back on the points that she knows nothing about this at all. The company who has served the papers against Hynes is LINA BARRAMEDA, and MARK VALMORIA, again like Miss Angelique BLin were doing well and successful and offering a better service than BISON with better results, and so they were targetted. We are delighted they came to see Angelique Blin in guernsey and have now served these papers. Hynes has not submitted a response or defence , so far as we know from our current communications with the Barramedas and Valmorias. We know the lowest claim will be in teh region of 154,000 and the damages to be claimed by Miss Blin will be in teh region of over a millon. Many other companies are now coming forward as well to sue the OISC HIRED THUGS and again the big question is how come the OISC commissioner Mrs Suzanne Mc Carthy does not know about any of this as per the letters sent to Miss Blin. Miss Blin also receive letters from her staff that they were not willing to investigate these people purporting to be OISC officials ( Aimee Singh)on the basis they were a Phillipines company and this does not come under their remit and as such they cannot even instruct the police in the Phillipines. In fact Hynes was and is a Uk based company and British Citizen who had received warning letters about his irresponsible journalism and illegal advisory service. As soon as Miss BLin and her contacts from 26/10/2009 started to fight back on the net, Hynes and Kelly tried to get her site taken down stating at least to do so until investiagations complete, however they ahve been reminded that they refused to take down damaging articles about Miss Blin and others, and continued to discredit companies. In their case everyone can see what they did for several years ( as they say give someone enough rope to hang themselves and they will!) so they cannot cover up at all. Its all in the public domain and they were gleefully celebrating and even making lists of other companies to attack when the news arrived the OISC THUGS WERE EXPOSED.... read on every day for the daily developments.
