HYNES MAINTAINS HE IS AN OISC HIRED THUG

They wanted to know what Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels had done whe her company was attacked by Hynes and suffered extensive defamation in breach of various criminal acts, followed by a long term protracted harassment campaign from GEORGE HYNES and BISON MANAGEMENT UK. Angelique Blin & Overseas Angels notified these companies that as the sole survivor of these attacks, she went to the government and some departments did some things and others did nothing, those that did something put in recommendations for improvement and asked for the harassment against Angelique BLin t/a overseas angels and against other businessses to stop, but nobody took the full final responsiblity to resolve the problem totally and the recommendations for improvements were not taken up, resulting in the fact that Hynes continued , on behalf of Bison Uk to harass companies, to put them out of business to reduce competition by underhanded methods & their confidence grew , and this served as proof that they were OISC hired thugs in teh view of many as if they were not something should have been done. Everyone was very confused and baffled. As such it was decided that companies who were now being harassed including immigration advisors, care homes, educational establishments ( student visas) and global mobility operations, should, actually sue for libel and defamation rather than go down the same road to the same gov bodies again. A new strategy was needed. This has led to the first papers being served on George Hynes who has maintained that he is endorsed by the OISC to damage businesses. The OISC despite many warnings from official parties about this matter and many recommendations to investigate did not investigate and left Miss Blin and Overseas Angels the subject of protracted harassment. Certainly on this website there are no defamatory allegations about the OISC, its staff or any party just the truth as the documents and evidence have been lodged and are available for anyone who wishes to verify our statements to see this. The OISC comissioner Mrs Suzanne Mc Carthy maintains that she is not aware of any impropriety being carried out by her staff despite a huge press commission investgation being underway, case number UK press commission case 090920, George Hynes being at the heart of this. This has puzzled many as it would appear from her statements that her staff are not actually advising the commissioner correctly as to what is going on. This has already emerged with other gov officials, it appears that the OISC are not being honest with the Commissioner or other superiors, and are acting outside of their remit and established statutes and procedures, IN fact as proof of the scale of damage carried out, the OISC hired thugs
( Hynes /Balitapinoy ) are under investigation together with the Guernsey press ( who Hynes used to issue blackmail letters to Angelique blin t/a overseas angels & requested libellous publications on her legal company during final manifestations of harassment) the UK press commission investigation csae number is no 090920, The OISC solicitor Jacqueline Duff and Co of Lynnholm, Thropton, Northumberland, NE65 is also fully aware of the protracted harassment levied against Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels and in communications a few months back refused to investigate this. She in fact said that should Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels challenge this or bring it to the open she would threaten her with a libel suite in which she advises " that the nature of defamatory material means that proceedings against her for libel do not require proof of damage". This is very good news for all the companies including Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels as we have been harassed by defamatory material for several years , and in particular Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels has been subjected to protracted damage, libel and harassment from 2007 ( August) that the OISC refused to investigate maintinaing that they cannot act outside of their remit as Hynes and Balitapinoy is a Phillipines company however he is an English company and a British citizen, despite the fact he recently went underground when the first of the 70 forthcoming libel suites were served on him for the hearing set for the 9th December 2009. We also remind everyone that Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels did not fight back at all on the net for many years and the fight back started on 26/10/2009 and it seems that the hired thugs and the OISC corrupt officials who continue to operate behind the OISC commissioners back as she remains in the dark, do not like the taste of their own medecine. We also remind everyone that many other companies did fight back on the net for a while, who were not known to Angelique Blin and Overseas Angels until she found herself with similar problems being discredited by some OISC corrupt staff. This can be seen on the transpondia website as an example of many. However Miss Blin and those suing shortly did not fight back at all till now. Nothing was done till now. We remind everyone that Jacqueline Duff the OISC treasury solicitor is under investigation by the law society for this matter and for charging legal advisors for being illegal or / and trading illegally, and refusing to verify her facts before charging them and serviing prosecution papers. The case number is CDT / 60043 - 2009 "CASE AGAINST SOLICITOR JACQUELINE DUFF & SOME HIRED CRIMINAL ELEMENTS". A letter also went out to the legal services ombudsman on the 12th August 2009 following Mrs Duffs refusal to even look into matters and for serving papers without any verification checks of legal structures on the basis that the OISC is so we understand and were advised not to be questioned and is " omnipotent". Today ANGELIQUE BLIN T/A OVERSEAS ANGELS received a letter from the UK information commissioner, giving the case number of stating that the OISC had been non compliant in ICO matters and they have been obliged to contact the OISC in this particular set of circumstances related to matters from 2006 - 2009 with activities ranging from the loss and tampering with files internally at the OISC, the theft of files in the personal care of the OISC commissioner, advising that disclosures had been posted out that had not, and not knowing the wherabouts of what was sent out, refusing to give information under the FO1 and data searches. Again so we understand the OISC Commissioner remains in the " dark" about what has been going on amongst her staff and outside the remit of the OISC vision and good practice for which is was established.
