probonopinoy & balitapinoy instructing Phillipines workers to commit crimes

In recent weeks Probonopinoys last escapade was to write to all the clients of the Healthcare Academy and state the HEALTHCARE ACADEMY owned by MICHAEL GRICE is illegal. The students were instructed to " do a runner" and not pay " futher bill payments " or " for work carried out " and invariably turned up mysteriously at " Majestic College" the company as mentioned on whose behalf PROBONOPINOY AND BALITAPINOY act to reduce competition by underhanded methods. Now moving on Probonpinoy has now contacted all of the Healthcare Academy students, to advise them to atttend conferences whereby he will collate and instruct them on how to write evidence and fabricate it for the " civil police". They have been instructed to by pass all correct procedures or established procedures of official bodies including the OISC and just go to the CIVIL police on the basis that " anyone can go to the police". The OISC ( Offices of the Immigration Services Commissioner ) knows that Probonopinoy and Balitapinoy are Uk based companies and illegal advisors who have received warnings from many official channels and lawyers, and even in the case of Probonopinoy already had action brought against him in court by Southern Cross Healthcare for his discrediting them, but this is not yet so we understand fully completed. These illegal rogue traders PROBONOPINOY AND BALITAPINOY have been notified to the OISC by a number of people including ANGELIQUE BLIN T/A OVERSEAS ANGELS as they did the same to her however the OISC have according to HYNES AND EDGAR endorsed these thugs to carry out " underhanded activities" on behalf of some CORRUPT officials within the OISC. It would appear there are some corrupt officials who are gaining something from the CRIMINAL ELEMENTS by working with them to by pass all of the OISC procedures, and use the civil police at any time they wish. THE OISC COMMISSIONER , Suzanne Mc Carthy has stated in a letter to Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels that she has no idea of any impropriety going on within the OISC and this is all " news " to her. The above criminal elements and their activities have been reported a number of times but the papers are blocked from reaching the Commissioner by some OISC corrupt staff, such as Douglas Bewley and Tim Bailley to name two of many. In fact these two staff even instructed the arrest of Phillipines overseas worker BLENDA QUETUA, currently employed by WH SMITH based Cheltenham post office in Gloucestershire, by simply instructing the police to arrest her without any form of complaints process or procedure or investigation or any propriety at all. They simply received a letter from criminal gangland member ERMELITA BICOS under instructions from BALITAPINOY AND PROBONOPINOY, the OISC HIRED thugs ACCORDING TO them ,to " arrest blenda quetua". The OISC corrupt staff then had BLENDA arrested and held in custody without any rights at all being accused of being an illegal advisor. Naturally she was fully cleared but as yet no action has been brought against ERMELITA BICOS or the OISC staff who organised this. In fact Blenda and her family have had to live in fear for many months now of the fact that the criminal elemnts do what they like and can arrest anyone by bypassing procedures. Whilst the OISC commissioner Suzanne Mc Carthy maintains she knows nothing about this, the OISC treasury solicitors Jaqueline Duff is fully informed of the harassment being levied against legal companies but has chosen to turn a blind eye. She is under instruction by the OISC corrupt officials and states that so we understand in light of their omnipotency, that she does not question or need to follow any correct legal practices when taking action on behalf of the OISC, in such a case she can by pass them. We would be interested to hear what the OISC commissioner Mrs Suzanne Mc Carthy and the deputy Commissioner Mrs Lina Allen thinks about that! as by now the news must have reached her? .....Moving on Probonopinoy whilst waiting for the hearing to be brought against his co partners in crime BALITAPINOY are writing letters to all of Mike Grices and also of Mark Valmorias and Lina Barramedas students stating that they must attend a special conference where they weill be instructed to go to the civil police, they will be told what to say and evidence will of course be as always fabricated , they have been asked to fill in special CID forms under teh criminal elements instructions which will be worded in the right way to ensure that the above mentioned are arrested by bypassing all legal processes. It is important to note that Mike Grice of the healthcare academy also reported Probonopinoy to the OISC as an illegal advisor, and he has so we understand as the last one to make the report not received a reply. The matter continues that the OISC COMMISSIONER HAS NOT CHANGED HER STANCE AND IS " TOTALLY IN THE DARK " OF ANY IMPROPRIETY being carried out by her STAFF and tis would be a SURPRISE TO HER. Wd eo not know if she has taken action yet, and if she is investigating at all.
Certainly there will be enough court hearings against her hired thugs, for it to come to her attention if they have been hiding this for a few years now.
