PROSECUTIONS AGAINST VISA FRAUDSTER & HIRED THUG HYNES AND BALITAPINOY

The Offices of the Immigration Services Commissioner, ( OISC) who are responsible did nothing about it because HYNES and balitapinoy are hired by some of the OISC corrupt staff. This of course was no suprise to Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels as she has reported this matter to the OISC for well over two years having been the company subjected to the most attacks, and it was as a result of her survival that she was able to flag other companies and they were able to now come forward and " fight back". The papers served on the OISC are so we understand with regards to internal corruption at the OISC, which includes, loosing files, falsifying evidence, no professional experts in healthcare immigration or work permits immigration on the team so " they dont know what they are doing", using civil police to carry out criminal activities on their behalf by bypassing official procedures established by the OISC, as well as other bodies such as employees of the RCN, CAB and so forth who are persuaded to act outside of their remit and behind their managements " backs" by the OISC corrupt staff to frame and discredit legal companies. This is however all now coming to light and in the case of the RCN Angelique Blin and Overseas Angels have been notified that no RCN staff member who carried out such activities was authorised by the RCN ( Royal College of Nursing) and all of this could have only been carried out by the OISC ( offices of the Immigration Services Commissioner). Despite the fact that it has already been proven in court, as also explained to Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels that the OISC by passes its statutes , does not follow the laws or rules of laws, the OISC commissioner Mrs Suzanne Mc CARTHY has not taken any action against this or investigated her internal team to find out what is going on. Despite the number of proceedings now being instructed against the OISC and their hired thugs, ( balitapinoy and probonopinoy),the OISC commissioner wrote to Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels to state repeatedly that " she is totally unawares of any impropriety being carried out by her staff and also that they are not willing in light of this to carry out any form of investigation. At this point nobody knows if the OISC commissioner letters are written by someone else or herself directly as she claims that she is totally in the dark and it does beggar beleif that she is totally clueless about the court proceedings against her offices. In any event miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels and the above mentioned companies can confirm that all correct processes and approachs to the relative legal bodies were made to bring this matter to her attention in late 2006 and onwards, offering the opportunity for the OISC who one would have expected to care about the status of immigration to look into and rectify and only at the time offer an apology. All the requests have fallen on dead ground resulting in the problem becoming more active than ever before and the resulting actions / prosecutions.

Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels knows that what is being stated is TRUE by Mr Khan on the basis that she and others have been subjected to the same experiences, even in one police disclosure instructed by the OISC, one employer even maintains that they have been given permission by the home office ( bia ) to provide illegal work permits and as such if anyone is charging them for work that is fraudulent as the bia. This being disclosures instructed by the OISC.

Millions of pounds of case work has been damaged by the gross incompetency of the OISC, assisted by their hired thugs, and despite the above mentioned charges being brought against them, and their hired thugs, recommendations for improvement have been made by the parliamentary ombudsman to many advisors, by the ICO, and many other gov bodies but it would appear nobody ever received a reply from the OISC and if anyone complains or alerts the OISC that there is impropriety , the services of the hired thugs are sent in ( George Hynes and balitapinoy) in an effort to pulp the business to pieces to cover up the activities.

It is essential that everyone is clear that no, employer, advisor or other company is protected from this, and it can happen to anyone in light of the high level of corruption, and any company using or hiring staff who read or interface with Hynes and balitapinoy / probonopinoy are at high risk, . Many of these Phillipines and other overseas workers are now on the bia ( system abuse list), and those who have been involved in following Hynes and discrediting legal businesses, will also end up sued as there are many aggrieved companies now seeking compensation. It is likely as well that recommendations for deportation will be carried out as well against those overseas workers who agreed ( as already proven by the courts) to provide fake statements or manipulate information on behalf of the OISC corrupt case workers. We remind you again that the OISC commissioner maintains that she knows nothing about this despite it being flagged to her good offices by the very concerned member of parliament Stephen Hammonds , Deputy shadow minister of transport, and constituency representative for Wimbledon. In fact rather than heed the helpful input to avert further pitfalls, these were totally ignored leading to the OISC being involved in a Uk press commission investigation and for their part with the issue of blackmail letters sent to Miss Angelique Blin ta/ overseas angels via the Guernsey press, organised by their hired thugs and for the repeated trashing of the offices of legal companies. They are also under investigation by the law society ( ongoing ) as their treasury solicitor JACQUELINE DUFF is under question for not investigating allegations before arranging prosecutions when instructed by the OISC on the basis, that they are " omnipotent". We understand that the fees paid to her are more important than the code of ethics required by her to double check and verify inofrmation given to her by corrupt officials. Finally they are investigation again by the ICO for the usual tactic of blocking disclosures, tampering with files, loosing files, falsifying evidence and even swapping witnesses if they dont want a witness to be interviewed due to the high level of , so we understand fabricated evidence they develop when trying to damage legal businesses. They have done so much in that place of darkness and now it will come to light and we will all see justice taken to victory.

We are very regretful of the damage caused to overseas workers and this would be ongoing if someone had not fought back as Hynes and kelly WERE warned about illegal immigration advice and irresponsible journalism as well but they ignored it/ Angelique blin t/a overseas angels and many others have sat back and watched this for a while and only decided after serveral years or persecution and harassment to fight back on the net, from 26 /10/2009
