OISC ( OFFICES OF THE IMMIGRATION SERVICES COMMISSIONER) FACING PROSECUTIONS FOR FRAUD & CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

Just a few days before HYNES of BALITAPINOY , the OISC hired " thugs" is sued at the queens bench by the first of many companies who have been damaged by his discrediting legal companies and damaging case work to reduce competition by underhanded methods, the lowest claim of 70 to come is of 154,000 with the highest claim likely to be that of Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels of around or over one million in damages, ....it now turns out, that, khan & co have also served papers on the OISC commissioner for a range of allegations including corruption, falsifying evidence, ushering of fake documents, by passing legal procedures and acting outside of their remit, tampering and blocking disclosures, loss of files... all a familiar story ... carried out as regular practice by some OISC corrupt staff. At this point the OISC commissioner Suzanne Mc Carthy maintains that, she is totally in the dark of any impropriety carried out by her staff of any nature and in letters to Miss Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels claims that she is totally unwilling to carry out any investigations or follow thorugh any complaints if these are against her staff as they are perfect, so we are led to understand by the wording of the letters. The OISC treasury soliictor Jaqueline Duff, also maintains that she is not willing to verify facts when she is asked to carry out action on behalf of the OISC in light of their " omnipotence" and we are led to udnerstand that accepting that her client is taking and giving directives to hired thugs and criminal gangs, harassing and persecuting legal businesses, is totally acceptable and " she will only deal with it when timing suits her and in the interim she is perfectly happy that the OISC are not following any of their established proceddures, any complaints process, using hired thugs to damage legal businesses.. and is ready to turn a blind eye.... well after all with that OISC multimillion budget, then her pay cheque for corruption should be high ? all that is tax payers funds.....one woudl think that if one reprsents an official gov body that, they would act with integrity at all times ... or is that not what one is to expect?
