OVERSEAS ANGELS REGULATORY STRUCTURES - CLARIFYING CONFUSION

We also confirm that there has been some confusion as to why Angelique Blin and Overseas angels are not regulated by the OISC ( Offices of the Immigration services commissioner) within the UK.

This is because an immigration business is not obliged to be regulated by the OISC and is not illegal if they choose not to use the services of the OISC.

An immigration business has many choices .

Not only are Angelique Blin and Overseas Angels not regulated by the OISC and neither is any regulation by the OISC required however, in fact under the regulation which Angelique Blin and overseas angels come under, the OISC not only has no jurisdiction or remit over Angelique Blin and Overseas Angels. They are even also not permitted any direct contact with Angelique Blin t/a Overseas Angels at all other than via Overseas angels appointed and dedicated legal team a factor known to the OISC. The reason being the OISC are fully prohibited by law from regulating overseas angels or even discussing or advising clients of overseas angels or / and Angelique Blin as if they do so or attempt to do so the OISC is in breach of the law.


One of the MANY companies they attacked is Overseas angels as they were displeased at Overseas Angels success and the fact clients were moving away from them to Overseas angels and other companies..

Some have illegally stated with malicious intent, that Angelique Blin t/a overseas angels are illegal as they are not registered with the OISC. They ran over 500 articles and campaigned to destroy overseas angels and attacked the business. The campaign extended over several years and has resulted in massive damage that is now being rectified.




This is again entirely untrue and Angelique Blin and Overseas angels are not listed on the prohibited advisor list at the OISC and are not struck off as anyone can check by accessing the OISC prohibited advisor list.
