ukba introduces new appeals system.....

5 September 2009

Appeals will be transferred from the AIT tribunal, to the Upper Tribunal. This means that 90% of cases will then complete the process or exhaust all their options - within 18 weeks. Right now this can take up to 42 weeks and even more at times to get a final outcome completing the entire process & options
