Kimberley from South Africa

Kimberley wanted to come to the UK however at the time there were laws pertaining to age in place and she was elderly. She had made a decision to work abroad late in life when all her children were grown up. She was rejected everywhere she went. She came to Overseas Angels and says she will never forget us. Within 5 days we had her placed at Bupa Oxford care home, under the management of then Maggie and assistant manager Betty, who were delighted with her.

We did the entire end to end immigration process within 21 days and she could not believe, after a 4 year wait with everyone else, the speed at which we did the work.

She proved to be a great asset with a wealth of experience and we arranged for her to live in the home where she stayed (we arranged her accommodation through our after care support service) until she chose to retire and buy a house at home with the funds she earned.
