Mudiwa and Hondo from Zimbabwe

We brought Mudiwa here as a nurse where she joined a home that had hired all the nurses from overseas. She joined about 10 of our placements who were all working successfully as carers, adaptation nurses or RN1 nurses. She did so well that she is now on a senior management training programme and our first nurse placed there is now a senior manager with the NHS.

Her husband joined her and as a dependant. He can work at any job and we always find work for him work whenever he needs more hours through our after care support, we don’t charge him or the employers.
